Custom Cornhole Boards
Custom cornhole boards built from solid hardwood — regulation size, personalized graphics, and a durable finish built for years of outdoor play.
Why Go Custom?
A mass-produced set does the job. A custom set from Splintered Board becomes the one your whole crew fights over at family reunions. Each board is built from real hardwood — no warping, no cheap plywood surprises — and finished with five to six coats of Polycrylic for a playing surface that stays smooth season after season.
What We Build
Regulation size: 2ft × 4ft boards, 6-inch hole centered 9 inches from the top
Solid hardwood construction: Birch or maple, cut flat and true
Custom finishes: Stained, painted, or natural — your call
Personalized graphics: Monograms, team logos, family names, anything vector-ready
Foldable metal leg hardware: Included for easy transport and storage
Bag sets available: Ask about matching sets when you order
The Build Process
Every set starts as a solid slab of hardwood. We cut it to regulation spec, run it through a drum sander until the playing surface is dead flat, and cut the hole with a hole saw for a clean, splinter-free edge. Then comes the finish work — primer, base coat, custom design, and multiple clear coats of Polycrylic. The result is a board that slides bags smoothly and handles seasons of outdoor use without peeling or fading.
Pricing & Lead Time
Custom sets vary by design complexity and finish. Most sets run 3–5 weeks from approved design to your door. Get in touch with your idea and we'll give you a straight price and an honest timeline before you commit to anything.
