🎯 Official(ish) Cornhole Rules
Brought to you by Splintered Board
🟦 Game Setup:
Boards are placed 27 feet apart (front edge to front edge).
Each team gets 4 bags of the same color.
Teams stand on opposite sides, next to their board.
🔁 How to Play:
Players alternate tossing bags one at a time.
The goal: get the bag in the hole or on the board.
After all 8 bags are thrown, tally points and switch sides.
📊 Scoring:
In the hole = 3 points
On the board = 1 point
Off the board or touching the ground = 0 points
Canceling rules: Only the net points count per round.
(Ex: Red gets 5, Blue gets 3 → Red scores 2)
🏆 Win Condition:
First team to reach 21 points wins.
But… you must land exactly on 21. If you go over?
→ Back to 15. Sorry, them’s the breaks.
🙃 House Rules We Approve:
Winner gets the last beer 🍺
Heckling is encouraged, but throwing fits is not
No stepping past the front of the board unless you're serving snacks
